Morris 96142 Submersible Insulation Piercing Splice, 1/0 AWG - 350 MCM

Morris's 96142 is a fully submersible, waterproof insulation piercing in-line splice for 1/0 AWG - 350 MCM copper or aluminum conductors. It splices jacketed cable without cutting or stripping, and the double shear-head bolt breaks off at the correct 185 in-lb torque inside a rubber over-molded body.

Applications

Installation

Insert each jacketed conductor fully into the connector and tighten the 1/2" shear-head bolt with a 6-point socket until the head breaks off at 185 in-lb.
