Lumera Electric ships within the United States. Most orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time ship the same business day, with 3–5 business days in transit. Orders of $1,000 or more ship free to the 48 contiguous states; smaller orders ship at a flat rate based on your order subtotal.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff generally ship the next business day. Standard transit time is 3–5 business days, depending on carrier, product, and destination. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed unless stated. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking by email once your order is dispatched.
Where does Lumera Electric ship?
Lumera Electric ships within the United States only; we do not currently ship internationally. The flat rates above and free shipping over $1,000 apply to the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges — email Info@lumeraelectric.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Do any items have special shipping charges?
Large, oversized, hazardous, freight, or special-order products may require additional handling time or freight delivery service, and may ship separately. These items can carry their own shipping charge, shown in your cart before checkout. Items with item-specific shipping charges do not count toward the $1,000 free-shipping threshold; other standard items in your cart still count toward it.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law. Any tax due is shown before you complete your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your package on delivery and report any visible shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt. Email Info@lumeraelectric.com with your order number, photos of the shipping carton and the damaged product, and a description of the issue. For returns and replacements, see our refund policy.
What if my shipping address is incorrect?
Verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause carrier delays, additional shipping charges, returned shipments, or order cancellation.
