Focus Industries makes outdoor lighting and the power behind it, nothing else, and all 734 items file inside the low voltage landscape lighting collection. A complete Focus system is fixtures plus a transformer plus lamps, and this page follows that order.
Which Focus Line You Need
Path, Area, and Directional Fixtures
The accent core of the catalog is 70 PL path lights, 72 area lights across the AL and composite IAL numbers, and 92 directional lights in the DL, CDL, and RXD series. The 72 area models also cross-list in the area light collection next to commercial site brands.
Flood and sign work adds 28 LFL models, with an HE option that adds a hood extension for glare control, plus swivel-mounted composite floods in 12V and line voltage versions.
Hardscape, Step, Well, and Wall
Masonry and deck work gets 61 step and brick lights, 35 well lights in the SL20 family with MR16, PAR36, LED, and no-lamp versions, and three deck lights. The 44 wall mount fixtures file in the outdoor wall light collection, and hanging and surface mount models extend the same silhouettes to trees, eaves, and ceilings.
Specialty Outdoor
This is where Focus is hard to substitute: 52 underwater lights across the FAH20 12V junction box series and the SL11 LEDM brass series, plus 33 stainless BBQ lights. The list continues with 15 putting green lights including the numbered FAFLAG flags, 12 landscape torches in natural gas and propane versions, four flag pole lights, and an umbrella light. Few landscape brands cover this list at all.
Transformers, LED Lamps, and Accessories
Power comes from 49 transformers: compact DBS and DBR direct burial units, plus MST, MLT, and WT stainless models where the trailing digits are the wattage, so MST12300 is a 300W 12V unit and MLT4121200 tops the line at 1,200W. The RXT series runs 60W to 600W with MV multi-volt taps and T, AT, and DT control options. All 49 also appear in the landscape transformer collection.
The 79 LED lamps are the replaceable heart of the fixtures: FLLEDMR16 models at 3W, 5W, and 7W with 15, 36, and 80 degree beams in 12V and 120V versions. LEDP PAR36 lamps come in 12V, 120V, and 277V versions, and omnidirectional bipin models round out the group. Another 42 accessories cover mounting pedestals, including photocell-equipped versions, tree mounts, and junction boxes.
Reading Focus Part Numbers and Finish Codes
The letters name the family: PL path, AL area, DL directional, SL step, well, and specialty, LFL flood, FA accessory, and RX for the value line. An L code such as L12 or L24 means the fixture ships with that Focus LED lamp installed, while NL means it ships with no lamp. A 120 or 277 inside the number marks the line voltage version, and bare or 12 numbers are 12V.
Finishes are the other half of every order. Black Texture, code BLT, is standard, with powder options including White Texture WTX, Bronze Texture BRT, Rust RST, Rubbed Verde RBV, Hunter Texture HTX, Weathered Brown WBR, Stucco STU, Weathered Iron WIR, and Chrome Powder CPR. Acid finishes, Acid Rust BAR or CAR, Acid Verde BAV or CAV, and Black Acid Treatment BAT, apply to brass and copper only. Focus lists acid and powder finishes over brass as custom work that is not returnable, which is worth settling with the client before ordering.
How Focus Files in the Lumera Catalog
Four groups currently surface only here. The 35 well lights do not appear in the well and in-ground category, the 42 accessories are absent from the landscape accessory category, the 28 flood and sign lights are missing from the flood category, and the 79 LED lamps sit outside every lamp category. Matching Focus Fixtures to Focus Power
Size the transformer by adding the wattage of every installed lamp and leaving headroom for additions, then use the MV taps to hold voltage on long runs. Note that the Focus cut sheet for the LFL 12V LED floods specifies magnetic transformers for those lamps, so keep that series on magnetic units rather than electronic supplies.
Where a project standardizes power on another brand, the 12V magnetic units in the EMCOD collection cover the same system voltages, and the sizing math does not change.
What to Confirm on a Focus Order
Confirm the voltage version first, since many silhouettes exist in 12V, 120V, and 277V numbers. Confirm whether the model ships with a lamp or as NL, and if lamped, which wattage and beam. Confirm the finish code, and treat custom finishes as final sale per the note above. Confirm transformer wattage against the connected load, and confirm listings and location ratings on each product page rather than at brand level.

What does NL mean at the end of a Focus number?
No lamp. The fixture arrives without its MR16, PAR36, or LED lamp, which suits crews that standardize on one lamp spec across a property. The matching lamped version carries an L code instead, and the two versions are separate SKUs at different prices.
Which Focus finishes are standard and which are custom?
Black Texture is the standard finish on aluminum. The powder colors and the acid treatments on brass and copper are ordered by code, and Focus classifies acid and powder finishes over brass as custom and not returnable. If the finish is undecided, order Black Texture or hold the order until it is.
How do I read the LEDM lamp numbers?
Wattage first, beam second. LEDM715 is a 7W lamp with a 15 degree spot, LEDM740 is 7W at 40 degrees, and LEDM760 is 7W at 60 degrees, with 11W and 15W families following the same pattern and WF marking the wide flood. Beam choice changes the effect more than wattage does at these outputs.
How do I size a Focus transformer?
Add the wattage of every lamp on the run, pick a unit rated above the total with room for later fixtures, and use the multi-volt taps to offset voltage drop on long cable pulls. The trailing digits of the transformer number are its wattage, which makes shortlisting fast.
Are Focus fixtures 12V or line voltage?
Both exist, often in the same silhouette. A 120 or 277 in the part number is the line voltage version, while bare numbers and 12 codes are 12V models for transformer systems. Confirm which one the site is wired for before anything else on the order.
