Morris's 91822 is a heavy wall copper C-tap compression connector for copper-to-copper tapping, splicing, and stub or pigtail connections across a 2 AWG conductor range. It is made of heavy wall high-strength electrolytic copper and secures a run and tap conductor in a single die crimp.
