Morris 90568 Copper Mechanical Lug, 4/0-2 AWG

Morris's 90568 is a solid one-piece copper mechanical lug for terminating 4/0-2 AWG copper conductors. It is machined from one-piece copper with a 1/4" hex steel screw and a 5/8" stud hole, and is rated 600V for use with copper wire only.

Used to terminate 4/0-2 AWG copper conductors to a stud, bus, or equipment pad in panelboards, switchgear, and grounding terminations.

Installation

Strip the conductor, insert it into the barrel, and tighten the 1/4" hex screw to the UL480 torque for the wire size.
