Applications
Used for aluminum-to-aluminum, aluminum-to-copper, and copper-to-copper stranded splice and tap connections within the 2-14 AWG range, including direct burial in soil and concrete.
Installation
Apply anti-oxidant to aluminum conductors, insert the run and tap between the bolt and strap with the spacer seated between dissimilar conductors, then tighten to 275 in-lb.
