Morris's 90640 is an aluminum lay-in ground pipe clamp for bonding a copper or aluminum conductor to 1-1/4" - 2" water pipe, ground rod, galvanized pipe, or steel conduit. It is cast from high-conductivity 6061-T6 tin-plated aluminum alloy, dual rated for copper or aluminum, with a lay-in feature for continuous-loop applications and a tin-plated set screw.

Applications
Used to bond copper or aluminum grounding conductors to 1-1/4" - 2" water pipe, ground rod, galvanized pipe, or steel conduit, including continuous ground loops.
Installation
Lay the conductor into the clamp body, place it on the pipe, and tighten the set screw and mounting hardware to secure both.
