Morris's 68012 is black flame-retardant heavy-wall heat shrink tubing in a 12" length for #1 AWG - 3/0 AWG cable, supplied at 1.10" and recovering to 0.35" at a 3:1 shrink ratio. Its adhesive sealant liner provides complete environmental protection and insulation, it will not split or rupture during installation, and it is rated 1KV at 90°C continuous use where maximum flame retardancy is required.

Applications
Used to insulate and protect #1 AWG - 3/0 AWG cable splices and terminations where flame retardancy and environmental sealing are required.
Installation
Slide the tubing over the joint and apply heat evenly from the center outward until fully recovered and adhesive flows from the ends.
