Focus Industries RXT12300MVAT Landscape Transformer

Product Overview

The Focus Industries RXT12300MVAT is a 300W low-voltage landscape transformer that converts line voltage to 12V for landscape lighting systems. It has a stainless-steel enclosure and is intended for above-grade landscape installations.

Size the transformer to the total connected load with appropriate headroom and confirm output taps and cable gauge before installation.

Key Features

• 300W output for low-voltage landscape lighting
• Converts line voltage to 12V
• Stainless-steel construction for above-grade mounting
• Single SKU: RXT12300MVAT

What this transformer does

The RXT12300MVAT converts line voltage to a 12V low-voltage output and supplies up to 300 watts to a landscape lighting circuit. It is intended to provide centralized low-voltage power for multiple 12V fixtures.

• Output wattage: 300W
• Designed for 12V low-voltage landscape systems

Applications and intended use

The transformer is suitable for above-grade landscape lighting installations where a stainless-steel, 300W low-voltage power source is needed for multiple fixtures.

• Common uses: landscape pathways, garden accent lighting, multi-fixture runs
• Intended for outdoor landscape lighting (above-grade mounting)

Installation and load-sizing guidance

Select a transformer with capacity above the total connected wattage to provide headroom. Confirm that the unit's output taps and wattage match the total fixture load and that cable gauge is appropriate for the run length and load.

• Verify model RXT12300MVAT and its 300W capacity before ordering
• Confirm output taps, total connected wattage, and appropriate cable gauge for run length

Materials and construction

The RXT12300MVAT has a stainless-steel housing suited for above-grade landscape mounting and typical outdoor exposure.

• Housing material: Stainless Steel

Before You Order

Confirm the model number, required quantity, and that a 300W, 12V transformer matches your load and cable-gauge needs.

• Confirm model: RXT12300MVAT
• Verify total connected wattage and allow headroom below the 300W rating
• Check cable gauge and run length are appropriate for a 12V system
