EMCOD numbers state the electrical spec directly. The letters name the series, the first number is the wattage, and the tail gives output voltage and current type. EGP600P is a 600W general purpose unit, EM300S12AC is a 300W magnetic transformer with 12V AC output, and MLE150-24DC is a 150W electronic driver with 24V DC output.
Suffixes narrow it further. UD marks the universal 5-in-1 dimmable versions, CCT marks driver dimmers with color temperature control, C2 or Class 2 in the title flags the circuit class, and on the MLE low profile models a trailing P marks phase-cut dimming. A model such as MLE96-24DC-UD therefore reads as 96W, 24V DC output, universal dimming.
