Morris's 94640 is a copper flex-cable short-barrel compression lug that terminates a #350 AWG conductor on a 5/8" stud with 1-hole mounting. It features a flared/belled entry for easy insertion of fine-strand flexible cable (Class G, H, I, K, M, and DLO), It is made of high-conductivity seamless copper with electro-tin plating, has a color-coded (Red) die index printed on the barrel, and is UL 486AB Listed through 35kV.

Applications
Used to terminate #350 AWG fine-strand flexible (welding/DLO/battery) cable conductors to bus, panels, and equipment with a 5/8" bolt.
Installation
Strip the conductor to barrel depth, insert fully through the flared entry, and crimp with the Red-coded die; bolt the tongue to the 5/8" stud.
