Morris 91237 Insulated Service Entrance Splice, 4/0 AWG x 2 AWG

Morris's 91237 (X1N402) is an insulated service-entrance compression splice that joins a 4/0 AWG conductor to a 2 AWG conductor. The high-conductivity aluminum splice is pre-filled with oxide inhibitor, sealed in a stabilized nylon sleeve for 600V insulation, and meets ANSI C119.4 Class A-3 for aluminum-to-aluminum or aluminum-to-copper connections.

Installation

Strip both conductors to the marked length, insert into each end, and compress with an 840-series die using a T&B OD58 or Burndy MD6 tool at the marked locations.
